Childbirth guarantee

We offer all our customers a full delivery guarantee on Bugaboo products in our physical store and our webshop. 

Should something not go well during pregnancy or childbirth, you will be able to return your products purchased from us with deducted return shipping if it is sent back to us. When using the birth guarantee, the products must not have been used and we reserve the right to ask for a medical certificate. A trolley may have been assembled but not rolled outdoors. 

The guarantee is valid for 30 days after your birth and is valid on presentation of a receipt/account statement. The goods are returned to us in their original packaging.

Purchases made on petitstockholm.se must be returned in their original packaging.
