The Bugaboo Donkey 5 has all the features we love from the Donkey 3, but with several updates that make it even better!

The Bugaboo Donkey 5 Duo is a complete sibling stroller with a carrycot and two seats. The Bugaboo Donkey 5 Duo can be used from newborn to 4 years (max. 22 kg).

The Donkey 5 is Bugaboo's most flexible stroller and can grow with your family. From being a duo stroller (Mono) for one child, it can turn into a sibling stroller.

Despite being designed to carry a heavy load, the Donkey 5 is smooth and easy to drive, even with just one hand. The movable front wheels and short turning radius make this stroller a perfect city stroller. Thanks to the large wheels, the Donkey 5 handles equally well in off-road and urban environments. The Donkey 5 has foam-filled wheels that provide a soft and comfortable ride, so you never have to worry about punctures when you and your children are out and about. The front wheels can be locked if you're driving in snow or sand, and you can also switch the stroller to two-wheel mode ("Beach mode") to make it easier to pull it over rough terrain.

STYLISH AND PRACTICAL DESIGN

The handles and handlebar are covered in faux leather, giving the stroller a stylish and modern look. The fabrics on the Donkey 5 have been updated in both color and quality. A softer, more matte finish on the fabrics gives the stroller an elegant look and is gentle on your child's skin. They are still surface treated to resist light wetting, but have also been updated in color resistance to better resist sun fading.

All function buttons on the chassis are clearly marked in white, so you don't have to look for them. Smart memory buttons allow you to click out the reclining or seating section with a one-handed grip. The seat also adjusts its inclination with a one-handed grip on the seat back, so you always have one hand free for your child.

The Donkey 5 has an updated and more ergonomic design of the folding buttons, making it easier to fold. 

As a stroller for two children, the Donkey 5 is both robust and easy to drive. The Donkey 5 has large, puncture-resistant wheels with suspension to give you and your children a comfortable ride whatever the terrain. The smooth foot brake is easy to use.

Another new feature of the Donkey 5 is the integrated attachment points on the chassis. On the handle you'll find a knob to attach a cup holder/parasol, and on the lower/rear chassis bar there are attachment points for Bugaboo's smart standing board, eliminating the need for the adapter that was previously required for earlier Donkey models.

MAXED OUT WITH STORAGE

As the name suggests (think "packing bag"), this is a stroller that can take a lot of packing. The accompanying side basket can hold up to 10 kg of luggage and the spacious basket under the stroller holds another 10 kg. That's a lot of packing! The side basket has internal compartments for small storage and an integrated zippered lid that gives you more storage options and keeps your stuff in place.

COMFORTABLE FROM NEWBORN TO 4 YEARS OLD

The carrycot includes a comfortable mattress with a breathable aerosleep insert and a soft cover. The carrycot cover and the generous sufflet protect your little one from the sun and wind. On the outside of the carrycot you'll find a smart storage pocket for keys and other small items you need to take with you on your walks. The updated carrycot on the Donkey 5 also has a mesh door that gives your baby extra ventilation on hot days and the ability to see the outside world. You can use the carrier from newborn up to about 6 months (max. 9 kg). 

With the seat section, you have a flexible stroller that lasts a long time. The weight capacity of the seat unit is 22 kg, which means you can use it up to about 4 years of age. The seat's flexible five-point harness ensures that your child is always secure and with the new update, the harness is even softer with extra padding. The new, slightly softer fabric of the seat is gentle on your child's skin. The swivel handle provides extra security and something for your child to hold on to when you go for a walk. The stroller's seat is reversible and has three different reclining positions, so your child can discover the world at their own pace. A handy one-handed grip on the back of the seat allows you to easily adjust the tilt. 

The souffle is extendable and has a breathable peep hole. It gives your child plenty of protection from the elements when needed and provides UPF 50+ sun protection.

TRAVEL SYSTEM COMPATIBLE

Of course, you can attach a baby monitor directly to the chassis so you don't have to wake your baby when you move from car to stroller (adapter and baby monitor sold separately). Convenient and practical!

AGILE IN EVERYDAY LIFE - FROM SIBLING STROLLER TO SINGLE STROLLER IN NO TIME!

If you leave your older child at nursery school and want a slightly narrower stroller for day trips, you can leave the seat section at nursery school and in a few simple steps convert your Bugaboo Donkey 5 Duo into a Mono. When it's time to pick up, turn it back into a sibling stroller again. Super easy and almost magical!
