HIGH SAFETY REAR-FACING CAR SEAT
The Bugaboo Owl by Nuna Grey is a gray rear-facing car seat that is comfortable, easy to handle and has many practical features that make car travel with children easier.
NOTE: The Bugaboo Owl must be supplemented with the 360 Base (sold separately) to be installed in the car, the car seat cannot be installed with the car seat belt alone.
Thanks to the baby insert in soft merino wool blend, the Bugaboo Owl can be used from newborn. Please note that you cannot attach the car seat to the stroller chassis with adapters, as many parents would like to be able to do in the early days with a baby.
COMFORTABLE FOR YOUR CHILD
The soft baby insert embraces your baby from day 1 and provides the right support for an ergonomic position in the car seat. The insert's fabric is woven from an exclusive merino wool blend, which helps regulate temperature and wicks moisture away from your baby. As your child grows, remove the insert to create more space in the car seat.
The adjustable headrest has six positions, and the integrated five-point harness follows along as you adjust the height with a simple one-handed grip. When you put your child in the car seat, the open harness is held in place by handy magnets.
The Bugaboo Owl has five comfortable reclining positions, so your child can sleep well wherever you go. The built-in ventilation panels in the shell and car seat fabric ensure that your child doesn't get too hot during the car ride. The fabric is partly made from bamboo, a natural material with many beneficial properties.
The car seat base 360 Base (sold separately) provides a safe and easy installation. The base is also rotatable, making it easier to insert and remove your child from the car seat.
*The base allows the car seat to be mounted in a forward-facing position, note that rear-facing travel is recommended up to at least 4 years of age to avoid unnecessary damage to the child's neck in a crash.
MAXIMUM SECURITY
The Bugaboo Owl has a combination of side impact protection system (SIP) and energy-absorbing foam to protect your child in side impacts. The shell is made of high quality plastic that diverts the force of a crash away from your child. The Bugaboo Owl is i-Size approved (ECE R129/03).
